This CucsFabricAdminState field reports the administratively configured state (such as enabled or disabled) of an FC "established" endpoint — one FC-capable interface (uplink, FEX port, or similar) that UCSM has discovered and is tracking on the SAN fabric. An admin checks adminState to confirm whether this endpoint was intentionally taken down through configuration, as opposed to failing on its own. For example, an endpoint showing no traffic with an adminState of disabled tells the admin the link is down by design, not because of a fault.
