This CucsSwFabricZoneNsUserZoneAllocStatus value reports the allocation status specifically for user-defined zones within the FC zoning name-server namespace on a fabric interconnect, which hands out zone IDs to a VSAN, separate from the namespace's overall allocation status. An admin checks this when user-created FC zones specifically (rather than system-managed ones) are failing to get IDs assigned. For example, a failing userZoneAllocStatus while system zoning still works would tell the admin the problem is isolated to zones the storage team manually configured.
