cucsSwExtUtilityFsmCurrentFsm (syntax CucsSwExtUtilityFsmCurrentFsm) names which specific finite-state-machine workflow is currently running (or most recently ran) as this external-utility FSM instance. Since UCSM can trigger different named workflows for the same object class depending on what change was requested, this value tells an admin exactly which operation is in progress. For example, seeing a workflow name related to a config-change push here (rather than a delete or recovery workflow) tells the admin the pending activity is a normal settings update, not a teardown.
