What is cucsSwEthMonFsmTaskFlags?
cucsSwEthMonFsmTaskFlags (syntax CucsFsmFlags) is a bitmask of internal flags UCSM has set on the background task represented by this SPAN-session FSM task. An admin (or Cisco TAC during deeper troubleshooting) decodes these flags to understand special internal handling applied to this particular task within the EthMon configuration workflow, such as whether it needs to run again or was skipped.
