cucsSwEthMonFsmCompletionTime (syntax DateAndTime) records the timestamp at which this SPAN-session FSM instance finished running -- the moment the tracked FSM reached a terminal state. An admin uses this timestamp to confirm how long a configuration change took to apply, and to correlate the FSM's finish with other events in the UCS fault or event log. For example, if a change was pushed at 10:00 and this OID reads 10:07, the admin knows the underlying workflow took roughly seven minutes to complete on this switch.
