cucsSwEthLanFlowMonFsmStageLastUpdateTime (syntax DateAndTime) records the timestamp of the most recent update to this NetFlow LAN flow-monitor FSM stage, one specific stage in a larger configuration workflow. An admin checks this timestamp to see whether the current stage of the EthLanFlowMon workflow is actively progressing or has been sitting idle since an earlier update. For example, if this timestamp is several minutes old while the overall FSM still reports 'in progress', that is a sign this particular stage may be stuck.
