What is cucsSwEthLanEpSendFlowCtrl?
cucsSwEthLanEpSendFlowCtrl is a CucsFlowctrlFlowControl-typed setting controlling whether this LAN uplink port is permitted to send flow-control (pause) frames to its peer. An admin checks this alongside the receive setting to fully understand the flow-control behavior negotiated on that specific LAN path. For example, an admin troubleshooting asymmetric congestion behavior would compare this send-side setting on this LAN uplink port against the peer device's configuration.
