What is cucsSwEthLanEpRecvFlowCtrl?
cucsSwEthLanEpRecvFlowCtrl is a CucsFlowctrlFlowControl-typed setting controlling whether this LAN uplink port honors received flow-control (pause) frames from its peer. An admin checks this when diagnosing unexpected pausing or throughput drops, since a mismatched flow-control setting between the two ends of a link can cause one side to needlessly throttle. For example, if a link is periodically stalling, an admin would confirm this receive flow-control setting on this LAN uplink port matches what the connected switch expects.
