What is cucsSwEthLanEpAdminState?
cucsSwEthLanEpAdminState is a CucsFabricAdminState-typed administrative state for a single configured LAN uplink port on a Cisco UCS fabric interconnect (a cucsSwEthLanEp row), the state an admin has configured rather than what the link is actually doing. Comparing this admin-configured state against the port's actual operational state lets an admin spot a mismatch -- for example a port administratively enabled but not actually passing traffic. For instance, if an admin disabled this LAN uplink port for maintenance, this field would show the disabled admin state even while other fields might still show stale operational data.
