What is cucsSwEthLanEpAdminSpeed?
cucsSwEthLanEpAdminSpeed is a CucsPortEthSpeed-typed administratively configured speed setting for this LAN uplink port. An admin compares this configured speed against the link's actual negotiated speed to catch a mismatch that could be silently limiting throughput. For example, if a link runs slower than expected, an admin would first check this adminSpeed field on this LAN uplink port to rule out an intentionally capped speed setting.
