cucsSwEthLanBorderFsmStageOrder is a Gauge32 sequence number showing where one stage inside the FSM workflow that provisions a Cisco UCS LAN border domain (a cucsSwEthLanBorderFsmStage row) falls in the ordered list of steps the LAN border domain's provisioning workflow runs through. An admin uses this ordering to tell whether the workflow is early or late in its overall sequence, which helps estimate how much work remains. For example, a low order value combined with an 'in progress' status tells an admin the workflow has only just started its stage sequence.
