What is cucsSwEthEstcPcUplinkFailAction?

cucsSwEthEstcPcUplinkFailAction is a CucsNwctrlLinkFailAction-typed setting defining what action UCS Manager takes on this pinned LAN uplink port-channel if its uplink connectivity fails. An admin configures and later checks this to know whether a failure on that specific LAN path will trigger a link-down/failover response or simply be logged without further action. For example, if servers didn't fail over as expected during an uplink outage, an admin would check this uplinkFailAction setting on this pinned LAN uplink port-channel to see if it was set to a passive rather than a link-down action.
