cucsSwEthEstcPcLacpSuspendIndividual is a TruthValue setting controlling whether individual (non-bundled) LACP ports on this pinned LAN uplink port-channel are suspended when they fail to form a proper channel. An admin checks this to understand whether a misconfigured member link will be blocked outright or allowed to pass traffic on its own, which affects the blast radius of a LACP misconfiguration. For example, with this setting enabled, an admin investigating a dropped link on this pinned LAN uplink port-channel would expect that link to be suspended rather than quietly forwarding traffic outside the bundle.
