What is cucsSwEthEstcPcAdminSpeed?
cucsSwEthEstcPcAdminSpeed is a CucsPortEthSpeed-typed administratively configured speed setting for this pinned LAN uplink port-channel. An admin compares this configured speed against the link's actual negotiated speed to catch a mismatch that could be silently limiting throughput. For example, if a link runs slower than expected, an admin would first check this adminSpeed field on this pinned LAN uplink port-channel to rule out an intentionally capped speed setting.
