What is cucsSwEthEstcEpCdp?
cucsSwEthEstcEpCdp is a CucsNwctrlAdminState-typed administrative setting controlling whether Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) is enabled on this pinned LAN uplink port. An admin checks this to confirm neighbor-discovery is turned on where expected, since disabling CDP can make it harder to auto-discover what's connected to that specific uplink.
