What is cucsSwEnvStatsHistId?
cucsSwEnvStatsHistId is an internal, UCS Manager-assigned Unsigned64 numeric identifier for one historical environmental-telemetry sample recorded for a Cisco UCS fabric-interconnect switch (a cucsSwEnvStatsHist row). Rather than describing any physical measurement itself, this ID exists so UCS Manager (and scripts polling it) can uniquely track and order successive samples of this switch's environmental-history sample over time. For example, comparing this Id across consecutive polls lets a monitoring tool confirm it is reading a genuinely new historical sample rather than the same one twice.
