What is cucsSwAccessDomainFsmStageRetry?
This Gauge32 counts how many times this AccessDomainFsmStage has been retried during execution of its parent access-domain workflow. An admin watches this counter to distinguish a stage that is simply slow from one that keeps failing and re-attempting. For example, a rising retry count on the same stage across successive polls tells the admin this step of the domain workflow is not succeeding cleanly.
