What is cucsStorageVirtualDriveRefConfigState?
This value, typed as CucsStorageConfigState, reports the configuration lifecycle state of the RAID virtual drive referenced by this VirtualDriveRef -- whether UCS Manager considers its configuration applied, still applying, or failed.
