What is cucsStorageVirtualDriveConfigState?
This CucsStorageConfigState value reports the FSM configuration lifecycle state of a virtual drive, showing whether its configuration has been fully applied or is still being processed. An admin checks this state to confirm a configuration change to a virtual drive, such as a policy update, has actually taken effect. For example, after changing a virtual drive's write-cache policy, the admin polls this configState until it reflects the drive as fully applied.
