What is cucsStorageSsdHealthStatsHistPowerCycleCount?

This Unsigned64 value is the power-cycle count for the SSD as recorded in an archived historical health-stats snapshot. An admin compares this historical count to the drive's current power-cycle count to measure how many additional power cycles occurred since that snapshot. For example, when investigating repeated reboots, the admin checks this historical field to see the drive's cycle count at the time issues first began.
