This Gauge32 value reports the lowest percentage of SSD life remaining observed during the sampling window captured in an archived historical health-stats entry. An admin uses this historical minimum as the worst-case wear reading recorded for that past period. For example, if this min value in an old historical entry already looked low, the admin can confirm the drive's decline was detectable well before it was flagged for replacement.
