What is cucsStorageSsdHealthStatsHistPercentageLifeLeftAvg?

This Gauge32 value reports the average percentage of SSD life remaining that was recorded during the sampling window of an archived historical health-stats snapshot. An admin uses this stored average to reconstruct the drive's wear trend at that point in the past without needing live data. For example, when auditing a drive that later failed, the admin reviews this historical average to see how its wear looked weeks before the failure.
