What is cucsStorageSasExpanderLc?
This object exposes the FSM lifecycle state of the SasExpander object, per CucsFsmLifecycle, showing where UCSM's internal task tracking that expander currently stands. An admin cares because an expander stuck mid-lifecycle can indicate a firmware update or discovery task on that module never completed. For example, if this lifecycle value remains non-final long after a chassis discovery should have finished, the admin knows the expander's discovery task is hung.
