What is cucsStorageRaidBatteryLc?
This object exposes the FSM lifecycle state of a RAID controller's battery backup unit object, per CucsFsmLifecycle, showing where UCSM's internal task tracking that battery currently stands. An admin cares because a battery stuck mid-lifecycle can indicate a pending learn-cycle or firmware task on that BBU never completed. For example, if this lifecycle value stays non-final long after a scheduled learn cycle should have finished, the admin knows to investigate a hung battery-management task.
