What is cucsStorageLocalDiskPowerState?
This OID reports the current power state of this local disk. This tells an admin whether a drive is powered on and spun up or has been powered down, for instance for power savings or as part of a maintenance action, which matters before assuming a drive with no I/O activity is faulted. If a disk appears unresponsive, an admin would check this power state first to rule out it simply being in a powered-down state rather than actually failed.
