What is cucsStorageLocalDiskLinkSpeed?
This OID reports the negotiated link speed of this local disk's connection to the storage controller. An admin checks link speed to confirm a drive is running at its expected rated speed, since a downgraded link can indicate a bad cable, backplane connector, or drive itself. If a disk reports unexpectedly poor throughput, an admin would check this field to see whether it negotiated a lower speed than the drive is rated for.
