What is cucsStorageLocalDiskLc?
This OID reports the FSM lifecycle state of this local disk's managed-object record within UCS Manager. This lifecycle value tells an admin whether the disk object itself is in a stable, created, or being-removed state in UCS Manager's internal object model, separate from the drive's physical health. If a physically removed disk still appears in inventory, an admin would check this lifecycle field to see whether UCS Manager's object model simply has not caught up to the removal yet.
