What is cucsStorageLocalDiskFsmProgress?
This OID reports the percentage-complete progress of the finite-state-machine task currently running against this local disk. This is the number an admin watches to estimate how much longer a lengthy disk operation, like a full-disk erase, will take before completion. An admin planning a maintenance window would monitor this progress figure to decide whether an in-progress erase will finish before the window closes.
