What is cucsStorageLocalDiskFsmProgr?
This OID reports the percentage progress of the finite-state-machine task currently running against this local disk. This is the value an admin watches to gauge how far along a long-running operation, like a secure erase or RAID rebuild, actually is, rather than just knowing it is in progress. During a lengthy disk rebuild, an admin would periodically check this progress value to estimate remaining time and decide whether to schedule other maintenance around it.
