Description: Cisco UCS storage:FlexFlashControllerFsm:completionTime managed object property

What is cucsStorageFlexFlashControllerFsmCompletionTime?

This reports the timestamp at which the FSM task tracked by this FlexFlashControllerFsm object completed. An admin checks this to confirm exactly when a controller operation, like a format or firmware update, finished, which helps correlate it with other system events. If a controller reboot happened shortly after this completionTime, an admin would know that reboot came right after the FSM task, not before it.
