What is cucsStorageControllerRefLc?
This OID reports the lc (lifecycle) of the ControllerRef object, a CucsFsmLifecycle value showing the FSM lifecycle state of whatever task created or is maintaining this controller-reference record. Admins check this when a service-profile storage binding seems inconsistent, to see whether the underlying reference-creation task ever completed cleanly. For example, lc stuck in a non-final state on a ControllerRef could explain why a service profile's storage association appears incomplete.
