This OID gives the perf sensor threshold status of the storage Controller, a CucsEquipmentSensorThresholdStatus value indicating whether the controller's performance sensor is within its configured normal, warning, or critical bounds. Monitoring this lets an admin catch a RAID controller that is becoming a performance bottleneck before it visibly slows down disk I/O for the host. For example, perf flipping to a critical threshold state on a busy controller would justify checking queue depth or offloading virtual drives to another controller.
