What is cucsStorageControllerConfigState?
This OID reports the configState of the storage Controller, a CucsStorageConfigState value giving the FSM-driven configuration lifecycle state of this RAID controller (e.g. applying, applied, failed-apply). Admins watch this after pushing a controller-related policy change to know when it has actually taken effect on the hardware. For example, configState remaining in an 'applying' state long after a policy push signals the change is stuck and needs investigation.
