What is cucsProcessorUnitPower?
cucsProcessorUnitPower is a read-only enumerated value on the Unit object reporting the current power state of this processor. An admin uses this to confirm whether a CPU socket is actually powered on before troubleshooting a missing load or thermal reading. For example, a processor reporting an off power state would explain why its other runtime statistics are stale or absent.
