What is cucsProcessorRuntimeHistThresholded?
cucsProcessorRuntimeHistThresholded is a read-only bitmask on the RuntimeHist object recording which configured alarm thresholds this archived load sample had crossed at the time it was collected. An admin uses it to see, after the fact, exactly when a CPU's load first breached a warning or critical level. For example, scanning RuntimeHist entries for the first nonzero Thresholded value pinpoints when an overload condition began.
