What is cucsProcessorQualMinThreads?
cucsProcessorQualMinThreads is a read-only Gauge32 on the Qual object giving the minimum number of logical threads a qualifying processor must expose. An admin cares because it lets a server pool require a baseline level of thread-level parallelism for latency-sensitive or highly parallel workloads. For example, a rule requiring at least 24 threads would reject a lower-thread-count CPU model.
