What is cucsProcessorQualMaxThreads?
cucsProcessorQualMaxThreads is a read-only Gauge32 on the Qual object stating the maximum number of logical threads (accounting for simultaneous multithreading) a qualifying processor may present. An admin cares because this lets a server pool filter out CPUs whose hyper-threaded thread count would exceed a workload's core-licensing model. For example, a rule capping threads at 32 would reject a heavily hyper-threaded CPU reporting 48 logical threads.
