What is cucsProcessorQualMaxProcs?
cucsProcessorQualMaxProcs is a read-only Gauge32 on the Qual object specifying the maximum number of physical processor sockets a server may have and still satisfy this qualification rule. An admin uses it to steer single- or dual-socket workloads into the right server pool automatically. For example, a rule with maxProcs set to 1 would exclude any dual-socket blade from that pool.
