What is cucsPowerGroupStatsHistThresholded?
This bitmask, typed CucsPowerGroupStatsHistThresholded, preserves which alarm thresholds a power group's stats had crossed at the moment a GroupStatsHist record was archived. It lets an admin look back and see exactly which threshold (e.g. a critical high-power condition) was active historically for that chassis power group, not just that some alarm fired. For example, correlating a past HistThresholded bit with a ticket about chassis throttling confirms the two events are the same incident.
