What is cucsPowerGroupStatsHistSuspect?
This TruthValue marks whether the archived power sample in a GroupStatsHist record was flagged unreliable by UCS Manager at the time it was collected, mirroring the Suspect flag on the live GroupStats table. An admin auditing historical power data should discard or discount HistPower/HistPowerAvg/HistPowerMax/HistPowerMin values from rows where this flag is set. For example, a trend report that ignores rows with HistSuspect true will avoid drawing a false conclusion from a bad collection cycle months earlier.
