What is cucsPowerGroupStatsHistMostRecent?
This TruthValue on a GroupStatsHist record marks whether this particular archived power sample is the newest historical entry stored for the power group, as opposed to an older one further back in the retained history. An admin querying only for the latest known power condition of a chassis power group can filter on this flag instead of having to sort the whole history table by timestamp. For example, a dashboard showing 'last known power draw' for each power group would read only the row where MostRecent is true.
