What is cucsPowerBudgetPsuCapacity?
This OID is a Gauge32 giving the total power capacity of the power supply units installed in this chassis, as tracked by its power Budget object. This tells an admin the real hardware ceiling the chassis's installed PSUs can deliver, which is the upper bound the chassis's power budget can never legitimately exceed. If a chassis's adminPeak is set close to psuCapacity, an admin has little headroom left before the physical PSUs themselves become the limiting factor.
