This OID returns the Distinguished Name of a policy Scope object, the record that defines at which organizational level a specific named policy is defined and how far it should apply. The DN lets an admin identify exactly which policy's scope definition a row of data describes, since different policies each get their own Scope entries. For instance, a maintenance policy scoped at org-root would have a different Scope DN than a boot policy scoped under a specific sub-organization.
