This OID is the Relative Name of a policy Requestor object, distinguishing one requestor record from its siblings under the parent object that spawned the policy lookup. This naming property is what UCS Manager appends to the parent's DN to build the Requestor's own DN, keeping concurrent policy-resolution requests from different objects addressable individually. If a blade and a chassis both request policy resolution under the same parent scope at once, each gets a Requestor child with its own RN.
