What is cucsPolicyRequestorFsmFsmStatus?
This OID is the enumerated overall status of this RequestorFsm, showing whether the policy-resolution workflow is in progress, completed, or has failed. This is the single most direct field for an admin to check when deciding whether a policy assignment needs attention, since it reflects the FSM's end-to-end state rather than any one stage. A fsmStatus of "fail" here would tell an admin the policy request did not complete and prompt them to check the associated stage/task detail for the reason.
