This OID holds the human-readable error text that accompanies the remote-invocation error code for the FSM running against this controlled type. An admin reads this text directly, without needing to look up an error-code table, to understand why the controlled type's remote FSM call failed. For example, cucsPolicyControlledTypeFsmRmtInvErrDescr might return a message such as a connection timeout string, telling the admin the remote endpoint for this controlled type was unreachable when UCS Manager tried to configure it.
