What is cucsPkiEpFsmDescr?
This is a human-readable description of the FSM stage currently running against the domain's PKI endpoint. It is the field an admin reads to understand in plain terms what certificate-related operation UCS Manager is currently executing at the domain level. While a domain-wide keyring regeneration is in progress, this fsmDescr field is what shows an admin polling the PKI endpoint that the regen step is underway.
