What is cucsPkiCertReqState?
This is the state/province field that will appear in a certificate signing request's subject fields for a UCS keyring. An admin fills this in as part of the standard subject distinguished name most certificate authorities require alongside country and locality. For a domain located in California, the admin sets this state field accordingly before submitting the CSR to the CA.
