What is cucsOsMiiLinkMonitoringPolicyRn?
This is the Relative Name (Rn) of a MiiLinkMonitoringPolicy object -- the naming property that, combined with its parent's Dn, distinguishes one MiiLinkMonitoringPolicy instance from its sibling instances under the same parent. An admin cares about the Rn because it is the local, human-readable piece of the path for a link-monitoring policy that uses MII (media-independent interface) carrier status to check NIC-bond link health on a UCS host, useful when comparing several sibling instances that share the same parent container. For instance, when a UCS host has several MiiLinkMonitoringPolicy instances defined, the Rn is what separates "this one" from "that one" without needing the entire Dn string.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.35.18.1.3 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-OS-MIB::cucsOsMiiLinkMonitoringPolicyRn
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.35.18.1.3.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-OS-MIB::cucsOsMiiLinkMonitoringPolicyRn.1
SNMPv3 example:
snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> cucsOsMiiLinkMonitoringPolicyRn.1
