What is cucsOsMiiLinkMonitoringPolicyFrequency?

On a MiiLinkMonitoringPolicy object -- a link-monitoring policy that uses MII (media-independent interface) carrier status to check NIC-bond link health on a UCS host -- cucsOsMiiLinkMonitoringPolicyFrequency is a Gauge32 counter/value representing how often (the polling interval) this link-monitoring policy checks link status. An admin monitors this number because it quantifies the internal progress or configuration of that specific MiiLinkMonitoringPolicy instance's operation, which is otherwise invisible outside UCS Manager's own FSM engine. For example, a rising or stalled value on cucsOsMiiLinkMonitoringPolicyFrequency tells the admin whether the MiiLinkMonitoringPolicy instance's task is actively making progress or has stopped moving forward.
